The Billing Cycle

  • The billing cycle is based on calendar months.
  • Bills are generated in arrears on the 5th of the month following the order activity.
  • Payments are considered late on the 15th.
  • Accounts that remain unpaid on the 20th of the month are deactivated and locked until payment has been received.

    Paypal link seems to be down. I have tried multiple times to use the link to pay my monthly fee on AOB and the link fails??? I also tried the chat feature, but no one is answering inquiry??? I am paying using my credit card...how do I pay you if the link is down????

    Hello Scotty,

    Support can be found in Live Chat Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST. If Paypal's payment link fails it is also possible to initiate a payment using payments@zoobilee.com. However, it is also advisable that if you send payment in that manner that you please enter a support request and let us know so that we can manually match your payment to your account. Payments are only automatically matched to accounts when the payment link has been used. Once you sign in to the Help Center you'll see a Submit a Request link at the top of the page.
