There are four requirements for AOB and Alibris to communicate smoothly:
- In the Alibris Account Preferences where you first sign up for the account, make sure "standard-data upload" is selected as the format for your uploads.
- Email Alibris asking that they set you up with EDI Lite on their end. EDI Lite is basically an FTP account used to transfer order data to third parties (ie… AOB). AOB will not receive your Alibris orders until this has been completed.
- If you ever change your password on Alibris make sure to have your EDI Lite (FTP) login updated to match.
- Update the Venue Settings in AOB to match your Alibris login if ever it changes. Failure to do so will result in a lapse of your order data coming to AOB.
