Our Chat room is an open forum where you will often find other sellers logged in; both during and after regular support hours. It's a great place to network with other sellers and is the quickest channel for reaching our Support Staff. But, since our Live Chat is an open forum, where there may also be others visiting the chat at the same time, it is vital that you not share any sensitive or others' personally identifiable data in the chat room. The use of your Support Requests (found in the Help Center) is suggested to share sensitive information with Staff.
