Live Chat

AOB Support Staff is available Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. EST to help with any questions or concerns. Just click the Live Chat link at the top of any page in your AOB account to use the built-in chat client provided by AOB.  You will then select "I have a password" on the first chat screen.  

Our Live Chat is an open forum, where there may also be others visiting the chat at the same time, it is vital that you not share any sensitive or other personally identifiable data in the chat room.  Using your Support Requests (found in the Help Center) is suggested to share sensitive information with Staff.
