Has any BMVD seller on Amazon found a way to ship USPS to Europe without losing approx. $6.00 per order. AZ reimburses $16.95. First class international costs $22.50. Does AZ think we are shipping feathers??? Interested to hear any solutions for low to medium volume sellers shipping books to Europe.
