Currently, Amazon is reporting to be experiencing various internal issues. On our end this is causing delays in order pulls, errors on inventory uploads, and failing order confirmations.
You can check the status of their performance issues on API Health Dashboard as they'll post updates regarding these issues once resolved.
Once we see that services are restored we'll work to resend your confirmations that received failure notices from Amazon. If your handling time doesn't allow for a possibly long service interruption of this sort it is advisable that you manually confirm Amazon orders for the duration and then use the Previously Processed option on AoB's shipping pages.
Inventory uploads that have failed will remain queued for upload so there is NO NEED TO REFRESH your venue to get those items retried once Amazon reports a return of services.
