We’re going to be making a few changes over the coming weeks specifically relating to chat and support. In order to provide a more focused and flexible experience our new “official live chat” hours will be from 8-11AM and 1-4PM US Eastern Time. As always, this being an open chat, staff and other users are frequently logged in to converse and seek assistance from peers and staff alike. We’ll be adding some new features to better show when a staff member will be available. Also, we always encourage you to arrange a time to meet with one of us in the live chat outside announced support hours if need be.
