- Use this list to build your own files for uploading inventory to your AoB account.
- All headers should be lowercase. While some are accepted as uppercase, not all of them are, so it's best to err on the side of caution and use all lowercase.
- The only required header in your file is the SKU, with all other headers being necessary only for the task they are to complete. (Example: say you wanted to do a mass delete of some old stock. You could send us a file with just the SKU and qty fields with 0 (zero) as the value of the qty column.)

| category | This field allows you to enter category (catalog) data to your listings and send it to sites to help establish various categories for your listings. |
| condition | The condition of your book such as New, Used: Very Good. See below for a table of Amazon's numeric Condition Code |
| cond_text | A condition that feeds to venues, such as Alibris, that use a more freeform condition descriptor. This field is limited to 32 character spaces. |
| cost | Your cost of the book |
| description | This is a synopsis of your book. This field is used by Amazon to create the Product Page for their catalog. Chrislands and eBay also utilize this field. |
| eby_auto_end | Use this header to designate the days before eBay's billing cycle charges for a new listing period that you want your item's listing to end. A do not list setting will be created to end your listing according to the number of days you set as your auto_end date. Use whole numbers only and no text (ex: 2, and not 2 days) |
| eby_cat1 | This is for eBay's category, not your store category number. |
| eby_payment_policy | To specify the business policy to use on an item for eBay use this header with the name of the policy as the value of that field. |
| eby_shipping_policy | To specify the shipping policy to use on an item use this header with the name of the policy as the value of that field. |
| eby_return_policy | To specify the return policy to use on an item use this header with the name of the policy as the value of that field. |
| eby_title | To create a custom title for eBay use this header and supply the title you wish to send to eBay as the value of the field. |
| edition | The edition of your item. (32-character limit) |
| expd | Use y/n for yes/no to mark items for priority shipping on eBay |
| fba | Use y/n for yes/no to mark items as FBA items |
| hb_bind | Homebase binding field |
| hb_catalog | ABE Catalog from HomeBase |
| illustrator | Who drew the pictures (255 character limit) |
| image | This is for a FULL URL. For example, a fragment or filename, such as book145.jpg will not work (255 character limit). If you are adding multiple images add an underscore and number after 'image' and change the number after the underscore in your header to designate a specific field number for your images (ex: image_2, image_3, etc). |
| intl | Use y/n for yes/no to mark items for international sale on eBay |
| isbn | This is for the ISBN, ASIN, or UPC if your item has one |
| jcond_text | Free-form Jacket Condition, 32-character limit |
| keywords | These are your keywords such as technical, computer |
| leadtime_to_ship | This sets your Handling Time for Amazon. Use only the numeric value (ex: '2' and not '2 days'). |
| list_flags | Use this header to create 'do not list' settings on items to prohibit them from listing to a particular venue(s) See Do Not List Settings for more details. |
| clear_list_flags | Use this header to remove 'do not list' settings on items and allow them to list on a venue(s) that were previously restricted. See Do Not List Settings for more details. |
| language | This is the published language of the item you're listing |
| location | This is for where your item is located. Example: shelf 2B (128 character limit) |
| media | The media type of your item, hardback, VHS (255 character limit) |
| min_price | Minimum price adjustment allowed per item on uploads to Amazon. |
| max_price | Minimum price adjustment allowed per item on uploads to Amazon. |
| notes | This is a free-form field to describe special features on your item in hand (ex: shelf wear, highlighting, factory sealed) |

| upc | If you wanted to upload just UPCs you could also use this field instead of the ISBN field |
| volume | Volume is the number of a book forming part of a work or series. This field has a 24 character limit. |
